Command Line Interface
======================

Running a verification with `bio-compose` via the command-line can be achieved similarly to the direct imports.

Running **OMEX verifications** via the command-line:

.. code-block:: bash

    verify /path/to/your/omex/file


Running **SBML verifications** via the command-line:

.. code-block:: bash

    verify /path/to/your/sbml/file --start 0 --stop 10 --steps 100
